FEB 23  (Tuesday) Trip - A guided tour of an Xeriscape Garden at Cuyamaca College.  This trip is in lieu of the Februry General Meeting.  We will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Ed Brown SNIOR Center (formerly the RB Joslyn Center) parking lot (across from the Casa) for car sharing.  The cost of $14 for members and $19 for non-members covers the tour, a box lunch and a small domation to the College.  Call Clo Massad at (858)487-471 for reservation as soon as possible.  For more information about the garden, visit thegarden.org.

MAR 18
  General Meeting - Bernardo Gardeners will feature "Bernardo's Best,"
a display of arts and crafts by our members.  This is always a popular program and is back after frequent requests by our membership.

APR 15  Spring Garden Tour - Get your tickets now!  A Self-guided tour of member/community gardens from large estate gaardens to smaller patio gardens with emphasis on a variety of landscapes, native plants, roses, succulents, tropicals, plant propagation and garden decor.  For detailed information about this year's tour, click here.  To see pictures from last year's garden tour visit our Photo Gallery.

MAY 20  General Meeting - Aenne K. Carver will speak on "Thrifty Gardening" and help us get off to a good start in the spring.  Aenne is a garden expert on TV and radio, currently gardening in Lakeside, California and instructing at the San Diego Natural History Museum.  She is a docent at the Carlsbad Flower Fields, a master gardener, as well as an author and lecturer.  Her new book should be available after her lecture.  She may be reached at aenneherb@aol.com.

JUN 17  Installation Luncheon - New officers are installed.  Club honors local garden businesses for their support.  Location to be determined.

JUL 15  Mystery Trip -Carpool from the Ed Brown Senior Center (formerly Joslyn Center) parking lot, 18402 W. Bernardo Dr., San Diego, CA  92127-3018 at 9:15 AM.
